Shrimp from the prepared foods section of Whole Foods, cut up carrots and cucumber, and leftover fruit salad from last night's Fourth of July dinner. I also brought a juicy peach and a blueberry flax muffin for snacks before and after.
For health reasons, I’m on a restricted diet, so here’s an idea of what I can’t eat:
-Dairy (including milk, egg yolks, butter, cheese, ice cream, etc.) -Red meat -Anything high in fat -Whole wheat -Anything with a lot of artificial ingredients in it
So really I'm following an almost vegan and gluten-free diet. Now you know what kinds of food posts you can expect here. :-)
